40mcube coordinates the residency of Claire Chassot at the school Marie Le Tensorer in Louvigné-du-Désert.

The artist has developed with the students of 5 classes a work on sculpture and its modalities of spatial setting. She approached with the students the question of the passage from the second to the third dimension, as well as the question of artistic performance and gesture in a predetermined space. The artist used simple and neutral materials such as colored fabrics, and objects collected by students and chosen according to the emotional relationship they have with them.

Claire Chassot created with the students a large tapestry and a set of objects that were activated during a performance by the children at the opening of the restitution exhibition.
